This eyebrow pencil completes the perfect eye make-up. It is very long-

Application
Draw the contour of the eyebrows with the pencil and then, shape them
with an Eyelash Brush. For an extra emphasis of the eyebrows, apply
some Clear Lash & Brow Gel after using the Eye Brow Pencil.
